BRC Harris' team of professional service technicians will move print finishing equipment and storage systems with the care necessary to ensure you are up and running in the new location without worry. Because we routinely install and service such systems we move you in less time and without the problems associated with general office and equipment movers.

 

Repair Service

At BRC Harris, we repair everything we sell...and most of what our competitors sell too. We guarantee to be on site within 48 hours - and usually within 24 hours! Equipment Service Agreements

BRC Harris Equipment Service Agreements are designed to keep your business moving with two preventive maintenance visits and unlimited repair visits each year. The agreements cover travel time, labor and parts up to $75 per repair visit. They vary in cost depending on the piece of equipment and its condition. Discounts are available for agreements that cover multiple pieces of equipment. BRC Harris guarantees that we will be on-site within 24 hours of a call for repair with all Equipment Service Agreements.

 

Preventive Maintenance

BRC Harris’ experienced, factory-trained technicians will completely manage your preventive maintenance on all models of equipment. Every six (6) months, we’ll provide professional maintenance and diagnose the condition of your equipment so you can plan for future repairs and avoid costly downtime. Interested in details? Retention Policies

Reduce your overhead costs and increase efficiency by implementing a records retention schedule and management system. BRC Harris records management systems provide records retention solutions that include archiving schedule planning and data disposal. Our records retention consulting programs will allow you to reduce the number of files in your inventory.

 

Storage and Destruction

Document storage and destruction services allow you to reduce the number of files in your on-site inventory resulting in a reduction of overhead costs for storage and maintenance. At BRC Harris, we work with document destruction service partners to evaluate your retention and destruction policies and help you identify and purge outdated records and documents to maintain compliance with comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

 

File Relocations/Moves/Merges/Purges/Conversions

BRC Harris helps you maintain your productivity by professionally handling your file relocations during the time of transition. This includes mapping record locations with minimal interruption; sequencing and labeling each series; unloading, transporting and reloading shelves; and conducting a final inventory. BRC Harris audits the entire process from beginning to end to ensure that your files are transferred accurately. If the files need to be available during transition, we can accommodate your needs. Merging files or interfiling systems may be required as a part of a file conversion, file relocation or file centralization. Our services include moving files as needed, re-labeling, completing the document audit, and physically interfiling documents or merging files properly.

BRC Harris offers ColorBar, a label design and printing solution that allows you to maximize paper filing efficiency. ColorBar Custom Services are available to help you design your labels and integrate the design with your data. Custom color map editing ensures that the color reproduction from your printer matches your existing system, or you can create your own custom indexing system. Our ColorBar services include printing labels from your data, applying labels to folders, and complete file conversion services.

BRC Harris software service agreements keep your business moving by providing service and support on installed software programs. Support by phone or on-site is available. When you have a current service agreement you receive all software upgrades free of charge.
